Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Crush AI covering your use of crush-ai.net and every feature offered through it.

2. Acceptance

By opening an account, sending a message or otherwise using Crush AI, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction. Accounts belonging to minors are removed.

4. Nature of the service

Crush AI provides entertainment through fictional companion characters. Every companion is invented and no real person is represented by a companion profile.

5. Account creation

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. One person may hold one account.

6. Account security

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You remain responsible for activity carried out through your credentials.

7. Permitted use

You may use Crush AI for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited content

You may not submit content that is illegal, sexualises minors, promotes violence or terrorism, harasses real individuals, or infringes anyone's rights.

9. Prohibited conduct

Scraping, reverse engineering, automated access, credential sharing, circumventing limits and interfering with the service are all forbidden.

10. No real relationship

Companions on Crush AI cannot form real relationships, make commitments or take actions in the physical world. Nothing they say creates any obligation.

11. Not professional advice

Content generated on Crush AI is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or safety advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.

12. Emergencies

Crush AI is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

13. Generated content accuracy

Automatically generated replies may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected. You should not rely on them as statements of fact.

14. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write and grant Crush AI a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate and improve the service.

15. Our content

The Crush AI name, design, imagery, companion characters, text and code are protected and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

16. Imagery

Illustrative images on Crush AI depict fictional characters and are generated or licensed for this purpose. They do not depict real individuals.

17. Free and paid features

Some features are free and others require payment. The price and scope of any paid feature are shown before purchase.

18. Billing

Paid plans are charged in advance through our payment provider. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled.

19. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring plan at any time from your account settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

20. Refunds

Refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law. Requests should be sent to [email protected] with the transaction details.

21. Price changes

We may change prices for future billing periods. Existing subscribers are notified before a change takes effect.

22. Availability

We aim to keep Crush AI available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and outages may occur.

23. Changes to the service

Features may be added, altered or withdrawn as the product develops. We will avoid removing core functionality without notice where reasonably possible.

24. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, harm other users or create legal risk, with notice where it is practical to give it.

25. Your right to leave

You may stop using Crush AI and delete your account at any time from your settings page.

26. Third party services

Crush AI relies on external hosting and payment providers. Their failures may affect the service and are outside our direct control.

27. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

28. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crush AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

29. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Crush AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

30. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages, natural events, conflict or government action.

31. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of the operator of Crush AI, without regard to conflict of law rules.

32. Dispute resolution

We ask that you contact us first so that most issues can be resolved informally before any formal proceedings are started.

33. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

34. Changes to these terms

Updated terms take effect when published on this page. Continued use of Crush AI after publication means you accept the revised version.
